摘要
生产 1.0 0mm回火胎圈钢丝时 ,对不同的表面前处理方法进行分析比较 ,认为盐酸酸洗时间长 ,需 8~10s,受环境影响大 ,易污染环境 ,需进行废水处理 ,钢丝与橡胶的粘结力为 810N/根 ;而电解碱洗表面处理时间只需 3~ 6s,产品外观优 ,钢丝与橡胶的粘合力为 85 0N/根 ;电解碱洗对环境污染小 ,且Fe2 + 含量对表面处理影响极小 ,生产控制简单 ,但需气吹系统 ,电解液要加热。为提高胎圈钢丝的产品质量 ,减少环境污染 。
To compare and analyze two kinds of surface pretreatment technologies in the process of 1.00?mm tempered bead wire production,it is considered that chlorhydric acid pickling may spend much time(8~10?s),may be affected by environment,and may pollute environment,so it needs waste water treating.The cohesion between steel wire and rubber is 810?N per piece. By comparison,electrolytic alkaline cleaning may spend less time(3~6?s),the outward of product is fine,the cohesion between steel wire and rubber is 850?N per piece.Electrolysis alkaline cleaning has less pollution on environment.Fe 2+ has less effects on surface treatment,and the production is easy to control.But it needs air swept system,and electrolyte needs heating.In order to improve the quality of bead wire and lessen environmental pollution,it is very necessary to adopt cathode anode interspersing electrolytic alkaline cleaning.
