摘要
从双辊铸轧工作原理出发,分析了铸轧辊套温度场变化规律。在原有轧辊内冷系统的基础上,设计了一套能进一步提高铸轧辊冷却能力的新型外冷系统。其结构布置、工艺及装置的技术特性将为尽早实现铝带坯快速铸轧提供技术支持。
Bases on the work principle of double roller cast -rol1ing, we ana1yzed the variety ru1es of casting- rol- ler's temperature field. Based on rol1er inner cooling system, we designed a new set of external coo1ing system, which has more advance casting -roller's coo1ing power. The disposal、skill and speciality of external cooling system will provide technologic support to realize speed-cast-rolling of a1uminium strap.
