摘要
铂 (Ⅱ )类抗癌药物的溶液化学反应特性是此类药物化学基础理论的重要组成部分 ,本文综述了此类药物的溶液化学反应研究状况 ,包括顺铂、碳铂、草酸铂等的水合反应以及与Cl- 。
The chemical reactions in aqueous solution of platinumBF(Ⅱ) anticancer drugs-cisplatin?carboplatin?oxaliplatin were reviewed in present paper.The reactions include the aquation and the substitution by Cl - or biomolecules.The knowledge of the reactions is of importance for understanding the aqueous chemistry of platinum(Ⅱ) anticancer drugs.
