本文记述了我厂通过革新的感应器设计及工艺过程优化 ,成功地在国产数控机床和中频电源上实现了船用凸轮轴 9个 3组不同尺寸的凸轮的连续中频感应淬火生产。通过改进 ,产品质量的稳定性和高生产效率同时得到了兼顾。

This paper described that through the innovation of coil design and process optimization.We had successfully accompished M-F induction quenching for large marine diesel engine camshafts by home-made machine of numerical control.Both of stability and productivity of the process have been coordinated after the above innovation.
