产品数据管理 (PDM )集成并管理所有与产品相关的信息、过程及人与组织 ,已成为计算机集成制造系统(CIMS)和并行工程的使能技术。文章结合某阀门厂实施SF CIMS应用示范工程的实际需要 ,提出了一种基于COR BA/Web的应用信息集成系统 (SF PDM ) ,阐述了SF PDM的设计思想 ,规划了系统的主要功能、体系结构及网络架构 ,以此为基础 ,创建了SF PDM软件系统结构与实施模型 ,分析了SF
The technology of product data management (PDM)canintegrateandmanagealloftheinfor mation ,theprocessandhumanbeingsaswellastheorganizationrelatedtotheproduct,andhasbecomeakindofenabletechnologyoftheCIMSandtheconcurrentengineering .ThentheSF PDM ,anintegrationsystemofapplicationinformationbasedonCORBA/Web ,combinedwiththeCIMSapplicationprojectinavalvefactory ,hasbeenputforward .Itscharacteristicsanddesignideashavebeenexpounded ,andthearchitectureandmainfunctionsofthesystemhavelaidout.Moreover,thekeytechniqueshavebeenana lyzed and their implementation methods have been put out in detail.
