摘要
对设计过程进行改进可以在不降低产品设计质量的前提下缩短产品开发周期。提出一种简单、灵活的设计过程再造技术———运用设计关系矩阵结合工作流判断保证设计过程中设计信息的有效、可靠传递。设计关系矩阵直观反映了主要零部件与功能间的关系 ,保证了重要的设计修改信息传递不会遗漏 ;工作流判断可过滤不相关信息。针对某汽车制造企业的发动机设计过程中的主要问题 。
Design process re-engineering helps to shorten time to market while maintaining product quality. A simple, flexible method for design process re-engineering is presented, in which the Design Relationship Matrix and working flow are used to transmit design information efficiently and reliably through the design organization. The matrix describes functional as well as structural relationships between major components to assure no critical information of design changes are omitted, and checks in working flow filtrate unecessary design information. Problems in engine design process were identified in an automobile manufacturer, and the method presented in this paper was used to improve the design process.
