摘要
对汽车轮辐上螺栓孔的挤压成形工艺进行了分析 ,并以微型车 12× 4 .0 0B轮辐上的螺母座孔为例 ,介绍了挤压时预制孔径的确定办法、挤压力的计算及设备选择 ,是对有径向挤压的混合挤压的工艺计算的有益尝试。也对模具选材、结构及设计中应注意的主要问题作了详细介绍 。
This paper analyses the shaping process of the bolt hole extruding of the vehicle hub, and takes the nut seat hole on the spoke of a 12×4J mini-car's wheel as an example, describes the method of determining the preceding hole diameter and calculating the extruding force and choosing the equipment when the part is extruded, it is a useful attempt at the process calculating of mixed extruding. This paper also gives a detailed description of the die's material choosing and structure and main problems to be taken note during the die's design, it will have large reference value for the die design of the same or similar part.
