摘要
介绍了MOTOMANSK -16弧焊机器人系统的组成及特点。MOTOMANSK -16弧焊机器人配用YASNACMRCⅡ控制器、焊接电源、送丝机构、冷却系统、V形支架和预热装置 ,通过示教再现的方式可完成电站锅炉集箱管接头多个角焊缝的连续焊接。
The paper introduced the composition and character of MOTOMAN SK-16 arc welding robot system. MOTOMAN SK-16 arc welding robot system with YASNAC MRCⅡ controller, welding power, wire-feeding structure, cooling system, V-plank and preheat system, it can accomplish continuous welding for multi-nipple fillet-welds of power boiler header. This paper explicated the common weld defects and preventing measures during the welding of nipple.
