摘要
45钢用固体法渗硼后 ,再经 10s、2 0s、30s、40s高频感应加热处理。研究了不同时间感应加热对渗硼层层深的影响及显微组织变化。结果表明 ,随感应加热时间的增加 ,总层深先变厚 ,后变薄。渗层中的FeB相逐渐变为Fe2 B相 ,加热时间达到 30s时 ,FeB相全部变为Fe2
After solid boronizing,the 45 steel is heated by high frequency induction furnace with time 10s,20s,30s or 40s respectively.The phase changes and thickness of the boronizing layer with different holding time are studied.The results show that with the increase of holding time,the thickness of boriding layer increases first and then decreases,FeB changes to Fe 2B gradually and obtains 100% Fe 2B at last.
