摘要
对 2 3MnNiCrMo煤机链条钢淬火后的中温回火转变进行了研究。测定了回火硬度曲线 ,回火P曲线 ,应用电子显微镜分析了回火转变产物的组织结构。结果表明 ,该钢在 40 0~ 430℃回火时并没有转变为完全的托氏体组织 ,而是以回火马氏体为主 ,夹杂着下贝氏体。
Tempering transformation of steel for link of coal machine at mid temperature after quenching was investigated.The hardness curve and P curve after tempered were measured.Microstructure of products in tempering transformation was analyzed by means of electronic microscope.As the result showed that all microstructuress of the steel were not transformed into troostite,but a whole composition system in which majority is tempering martensite with some bainite,troostite and redundant carbides.It is a M T+B+T+K R system.
