摘要
对 742 4钢的试样及产品叶轮在氩气保护的情况下进行了热处理试验。得出基本工艺如下 :(10 0 0± 10 )℃× 40min加热 ,淬火时冷速接近 10℃ /s ,(5 70± 10 )℃× 2 40min回火。试验结果表明 ,试样和叶轮的性能完全满足产品设计的要求 。
The sample and impeller of 00Cr13Ni6MoNb steel were heat treated according to the basic process as follows:heating at 1000℃ and holding 40 minutes,then cooling nearly at 10℃/s and tempering at 570℃ for 240min,the whole process is under argon gas protecting.The result showed that the mechanical properties of the steel sample and impeller are all met the design requirement.And the surface and inside of the impeller are clean without oxidation.
