摘要
通过调整螺钉端部表面淬火试验 ,研究了端部球面和圆柱面同时获得一定深度的硬化层的矩形感应器的结构和感应加热淬火的工艺参数 ,同时阐述了端部碗形硬化层形成的机理 ,提出在感应加热过程中动生电流的特殊作用 ,从而丰富了感应加热的理论 。
By surface hardening experiment on the top of adjusting screw,the structure of rectangle induction coil and induction heating parameters for abtaining a certain depth of hardened layer on the surface of adjusting screw′s cylinder and global side at the same time.The mechanism of forming bowl hardened layer on the top of adjusting screw was illustrated.The special function of induction current was put forward during heating.Thus the theory of induction heating was enriched and the application range of induction heating was expanded.
