摘要
采用激光快速成型先进技术制造出 3 16L不锈钢薄壁金属零件。研究结果表明 ,所成型零件的组织致密 ,组织特征为枝晶组织并且化学成分分布均匀。同时 ,金属薄壁零件的力学性能与常规加工方法制造的零件的力学性能相当 。
The thin-walled 316L stainless steel parts was prepare d by laser rapid prototyping. The results showed that the shaped parts with com pact microstructure is characterized by the dendrite and the uniformly distribu ted chemical composition. And the mechanical properties of the thin-wa lled metal parts by laser rapid prototyping were comparable to those of the conventionally machined metal parts.
