摘要
利用连续定向凝固设备成功地制备了具有轴向纤维状柱状晶组织的Cu Cr合金铜棒 ,在试验过程中通过调整工艺参数 ,对结晶器的形状、高度以及结晶器与拉棒的间隙进行了优化。结果表明
Cu Cr alloy bar with axial fibre column crystal structure was prepared successfully by continuous unidirectional solidification device. The shape, height of crystallizer and the gap between crystallizer and drawn bar were optimized through adjusting process parameters during experimental procedure. The results showed that the Cu Cr alloy bar with excellent surface quality was produced using the optimized crystallizer.
