摘要 重点阐述了在开发半固态成形技术时易被人们忽视的某些关键技术。半固态成形的生产过程复杂、成本高、投资额巨大,要求控制的项目多,各种参数的动态变化也大,监控手段要求严格。只有在形成规模效益的同时,组织好自动化程度较高的流水生产,才能有把握地稳定投产。因此在开发半固态成形生产之前,必须根据零件的特定要求,从技术、人才、规模、资金、动力、成本等诸多方面,作出全面的、充分的论证。 It is successful means to promote the quality of die castings with SSP. Today some of the key techniques of SSP are not been thoroughly understood and attend by many persons. When you take up with this technology and may develop this method, not only the basic technical foundation and every cycle of operation program must be done strictly but also meticulously controlled. Every new thing, when it appeared in the world, the vitality can be full of life certainly. At the same time the concealing problems are also not been discovered and recognized. To re-create, promote and discover the know-how was very necessary. In this article, these problems were analyzed one by one. Taken one with another, if any detail can be produced by common processing, giving up the way of SSP was the selection being suggested.
