国内铜冶炼企业面临的原料状况技术特征和资源策略

Situation of raw materal supply confronts domestic copper smelting enterprises,their production features,andsuggestive strategy for copper resources

介绍了目前我国铜矿山资源现状,由于国内巨型铜矿少,品位低,且不少骨干矿山经过几十年的强化开采,资源已近枯竭,铜冶炼企业面临原料短缺的矛盾更加突出。目前国内铜冶炼几乎都是采用火法流程,骨干企业都已基本完成了熔炼工艺改造,拥有先进的熔炼技术和装备,但火法精炼设备落后,电解厂规模小,技术装备落后。文章最后还对铜冶炼企业今后的资源策略提出了建议。

In this paper,the present state of domestic copper resources is introduced.Domestic copper resources are approaching exhaustion because there exist only a few huge copper mines,low ore grades,and that many key copper mines have been mined already for several decades of years.As a result,domestic copper-smelting enterprises confront a serious lack of raw material supply.At present,most copper smelters adopt pyrometallurgical process and key enterprises have either adopted advanced smelting equipment and technolgies or have accomplished transformation of smelting technology, but pyrometallurgical refining equipment is backward.Moreover,the production scales of electroytic copper plants are small with backward production equipment.And finally some suggestive strategy of copper resources is presented.
