摘要
根据共晶Al Si合金组织结构和力学性能的遗传效应及其遗传的依据 ,对共晶Al Si合金锭不同冷作变形处理、自然时效处理和重熔工艺作为一种遗传基因传递给凝固后的固态合金的组织结构中 ,从而明显地改善了合金的显微组织和力学性能 ,提高了Al Si合金的品质 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
The microstructure and properties as well as quality of Al Si alloy were obviously improved due to a heredity gene transferring to the structure of solidified solid Al Si alloy through different cold working deformation, natural aging treatment and remelting technology based on the heredity effect of microstructure and mechanical properties and its heredity mechanism. The various treated alloys have wide application prospects
