摘要
针对传统铸渗表面合金化要求铁水润湿合金化涂层、对工艺参数敏感等问题 ,以灰铸铁表面铸渗Al和Si为对象 ,研究了新型铸渗剂YB 1在不同工艺条件下的助渗效果。结果表明 :在 135 0~ 14 10℃的冲天炉铁水和重力铸造条件下 ,质量分数为 0 .5 %的YB 1的铸渗剂可克服铁水对涂层不润湿的影响 ,使厚度为 10~ 5 0mm的试样获得 1~ 2mm的优质Al和Si表面合金化层 ,并具有优良的工艺鲁棒性。同时还对YB 1的助渗机理进行了探讨。
Aimed at the existing problems in conventionam cast filtrated surface alloying, including liquid grey iron wettable to alloying coating and susceptivity to processing parameters,aided effect of a new cast filtration agent YB 1 for Al Si surface filtrated grey iron under different technological conditions was studied. The results showed that the 0.5%YB 1 cast filtration agent could improve the liquid grey iron wettability, and the qualified 1~ 2 mm Al and Si surface alloyed layer and excellent Robust processing could be obtained on the sample of 10~50 mm thickness at the 1 350~1 400 ℃ crupola iron melt in gravity casting. And the aided filtration mechanism of YB 1 was approached also.
