摘要
分析了高合金钢离心铸管的凝固过程 ,提出了适当降低浇注温度和浇注速度 ,减少从端盖孔的散热 ,对铸型采取强制冷却等措施 ,有利于避免产生内表面沟纹。通过改变铸型的转速可防止铸管的变形。
The solidification process of high alloy steel pipe in centrifugal casting was analyzed. It is proposed that reducing heat release from the holes in the terminal covers,properly lowering pouring temperature and pouring velocity as well as intensely forced cooling of the mold were favorable for avoiding rills in inner surface. The change in spinning rate of the mold could prevent the cast pipe from the deformation.
