摘要
基于一种快速完备的自由曲面求交算法[1 ] 提出了一种有效的自由曲面裁剪算法 ,该算法综合考虑了曲面间的拓扑关系 ,对裁剪对象上的交线进行裁剪 ,并依次连接构成裁剪后曲面的所有内环和外环而形成一张精确的裁剪曲面。以实例证明了该算法的有效性 ,并具体讨论了该算法在模具CAD/CAM中的应用 ,最后讨论了模具制造时分层面上的加工区域的确定问题。
An efficient trimming algorithm of free form surface is put forward based on a rapid and self contained intersection algorithm of free form surface. The topology relationship is taken into account in the trimming algorithm comprehensively. Thus, the intersection curves within the trimming objects are trimmed, and then the inner and outer loops are connected into accurate trimmed surface. The algorithm validity is also validated by several examples and its application in die CAD/CAM is discussed in detailed. Finally, the processing areas of separated layers in die manufacturing are determined.
