摘要
介绍了两种类型的客车底盘模梁压弯通用模具 ,针对通常方式下凸凹模工作部分尺寸由工件截面尺寸确定 ,不同截面压弯工件需要用相应专用模具压制而存在通用性差的不足 。
An all purpose bending die for crossbeam of two kinds of cars is introduced. In general, the dimension of die work part is decided by part section, thus different section bend parts need different dies. In this paper, this kind of design method make up for these shortcoming. Different section parts are made only by one set of forming die.
