NONDESTRUCTIVE TESTING IN CHINA AFTER ENTERING WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION

论述加入世贸组织 (WTO)后 ,我国无损检测面临的挑战与机遇。为了增强制造工业的国际竞争力 ,无损检测将出现空前良好的机遇 ,必须抓住这一机遇 ,以发展新技术为主 ,实现技术的跨越 ,并提出在实施技术跨越发展时需要注意的若干方面。

The challenges and opportunities the NDT in China will be faced with after entering World Trade Organization(WTO) are discussed and analysed. In order to enhance the overall competitive power against imported mechanical products, the mechanical manufacturing industry is required to provide products with high economic characteristics, high reliability, high quality and high quantity. As the conventional technologies used in current NDT system are difficult to meet the requirements, breakthroughs of revolution in NDT technologies are in urgent need. For these reasons, innovation of NDT technologies and development of NDT new techniques must be realized. The total level and subsistent problems in the development of NDT science and technology in China are also discussed.
