焊条生产线切丝机关键部件锤头和刀架配副受冲击疲劳而破坏 ,给焊条行业造成了极大的经济损失。本文研究了采用聚焦光束多层熔覆技术强化受冲击疲劳配副的可能性。采用镍基合金和聚焦光束多层熔覆技术强化的锤头和刀架配副在生产中进行了验证 ,经光束熔覆强化的冲击疲劳配副寿命比新零件提高了
The key parts of wirecutter equipment of electrode production line,the hammer and blade shelf,are destructed owing to impact fatigue,which results in great economic loss in electrode production.In this paper,the possibility of strengthening impact fatigue pair by light beam multi layer cladding was investigated.After strengthened by light beam multi layer cladding with Ni based alloy,the pair was applied in the production and the impact fatigue life was increased by two times than that of the new parts.
