摘要
在分析活塞使用工况及结构特点的基础上 ,确定了活塞本体及耐磨镶圈的材料 ,制定出熔炼工艺、变质工艺、镶圈工艺及时效处理工艺 。
The composition of aluminum piston and its inserted ring seat are investigated after analysis the working condition and characteristic of structure of piston.The melting technology,modifying treatment,inserting technology of the ring seat,and its ageing treatment are studied.A good performance of the piston is obtained.
