摘要
研究了基体钢 7Cr4MoSiV1的力学性能和其离子氮碳共渗和气相沉积TiN工艺。结果表明 ,该钢具有较高的强韧性、良好的渗氮和镀膜性能。其屈服强度σ0 2 为 2 2 0 0~ 310 0MPa ,抗弯强度为 35 0 0~ 5 0 0 0MPa ,冲击韧度为 2 0~ 70J/cm2 。离子氮碳共渗层深度为 0 1~ 0 3mm ,表面硬度为 10 0 0~ 130 0HV0 0 2 5 ;多弧离子镀TiN膜与基体结合较好 ,表面硬度为 15 0 0~2 0 0 0HV0 0 2 5。用 7Cr4MoSiV1钢并经表面强化的冷作模具使用寿命比原模具提高 1~
The mechanical properties of matrix steel 7CrMo4SiV1 and its plasma nitrocarburizing and TiN deposition properties have been studied.The results showed that 7Cr4Mo4SiV1 steel has a high strength and toughness and good nitrocarburizing and TiN deposition properties.Its compressive yield strength (σ 0 2 ) is 2200~3100MPa,bending strength (σ bb ) is 3500~5000MPa,impact value is 20~70J/cm 2.The plasma nitrocarburized case depth is 0 1~0 3mm,its hardness is 1000~1300HV0 025.The TiN layer deposited by multi arc plasma combines closely with matrix and the hardness is 1500~2000HV0 025.The Service life of cold forging dies made of matrix steel 7Cr4Mo4SiV1 through surface hardening is 1~10 times longer than these of the original ones.
