根据法国CLECM公司板形控制技术中辊端轴套的热处理技术条件 ,研究了 18NcD6钢的渗碳淬火工艺、热处理畸变控制及其力学性能 ,成功地实现了新型辊端轴套的国产化 ,产品性能完全达到法国CLECM公司技术标准 。

According to the heat treatment process requirement for the profile control technology of roll end sleeve developed by CLECM Co.(France),the parameters of carburizing & quenching,distortion control and mechanical properties of steel 18NcD 6 was studied.The product quality has come up to the standard of the CLECM Co.Domestic manufacture for this new type roll end sleeve was successfully realized,and a huge economic benefit has been obtained.
