摘要
研究了热处理工艺对JG9钢剪刀片力学性能及金相组织的影响。结果表明 ,锻后及时进行 86 0℃退火 ,并使淬火温度控制在 10 6 0~ 10 80℃ ,在 5 70~ 5 90℃回火 2次时JG9钢能产生二次硬化 ,具有较好的红硬性和冲击韧度 ,并有较高硬度和耐磨性 。
Effects of heat treatment on mechanical properties and microstructures of JG9 steel shears have been studied.The results showed that annealed in time at 860℃ after forging,quenched between 1060~1080℃ and tempered twice at 570~590℃,steel JG9 can proved secondary hardening and have a good red hardness and impact toughness,a high hardness and wear resistance,and can meet work requirement of the shears well.
