摘要
采用 YAG固体激光对发动机气缸套进行热处理 ,研究了离焦量、激光功率、扫描速度及表面处理对激光淬火硬度、淬硬深度及宽度的影响。试图找出激光热处理的最佳参数 。
Heat treating of engine cylinder by YAG laser,the effects of the quantity of leave forcus,laser power,scanning speed and surface state on laser hardening deth and breadth were studied.The optimum paramrters of YAG laser heat treating were put forward,that offer a reference for practical laser operation.
