摘要
在低温低氧势下焙烧难浸金精矿 ,利用金包裹体的内部缺陷 ,沿晶粒边界诱发粒间裂纹和裂隙的生成、扩展与破裂 ,以及沿晶间和相界的氧化 ,在较低的硫氧化率下形成浸出剂与金接触的通道。试验结果表明 :硫的焙烧氧化率 9 85 %~ 10 9% ,烟气SO2 含量为 0 2 85 % ;金的氰化浸出率从直接氰化的 6 2 3%提高到 97 5 %~ 98 5 % ,NaOH加入量 9 9kg/t ,NaCN耗量2 7kg/t。对于某些难处理金矿 。
The refractory gold concentrate is roasted at low temperature and low sulfide oxidized rate.The grain boundary cracks are induced,developed and fractured under actions of thermal stress and thermodynamic factors from the defect inside gold inclusion.The gold bound by sulfide is exposed,and the reaction channels of gold with leaching agent are generated at low sulfide oxidized rate.The results show that the oxidized rate of sulfide is 9 85%~10.9%,and SO 2 content in the flue gas is only 0.285% The gold leaching rate by cyanide is increased from 62.3% before pretreatment to 97.5%~98.5%,the consumption of NaCN is 2.7kg/t,and the consumption of NaOH is 9.9kg/t.This new process is an effective pretreatment method for some refractory sulfide gold ore.
