摘要
民营科技企业在我国国民经济发展中肩负着特殊的使命，但其特有的“三高”特点决定了它不可能在现有的金融框架内获得必要的金融支持，拓展民营科技企业融资需要金融创新。
Private technology enterprises play a very special role in China' s economic development, but its unique 'three-high' characteristic makes it unable to gain necessary financial support under the current financing system. Financing innovation is needed to increase the finance of private technology enterprises.
