我国矿业发展的必由之路——“走出去”和“请进来”

世界经济的发展 ,带动了世界矿业的发展和矿业全球化。我国的矿产资源不能单纯依靠进口 ,应在国外建立自己的供应基地 ,而且当前的国际环境为我们”走出去”创造了比较有利的条件和机遇。同时 ,应该进一步改善我国的矿业投资环境 ,制订优惠的政策 ,把外商“请进来”。

As development of the world economy, the mining industry has been developing on a global scale. Mineral resources can't be depended simply on import. Offing base in abroad should be set up. The current international environment provides advantageous conditions and chance to 'get abroad'. Mining environment should be improved and favorable policy be formulated in order to attract foreign investment.
