摘要
基于各种高分子共混体系具有不同的偏光和散射性质 ,研制成一种激光散射分析系统。光源为可变偏振面的He -Ne激光 ,可旋转的压玻片能对被测共混体系施加剪切力。采用高分辨率的CCD摄象机接收光散射信号 ,并开发了集数据采集显示和分析于一体的软件体系 ,实现了对高分子共混体系相结构的分析研究。
A laser scattering measurement system based on different ability of polarization and scatter for different polymer blends, is described in this paper. A He-Ne laser is adopted as light source and its polarization can be changed. A revolving pressing glass is used to provide shear rate on the polymer blends. A CCD camera with high resolution is used to receive light signal. The study includes a software system, which contains data collection, calculation and display for analyzing the phase structure of polymer blends.
