摘要
从人工心瓣的可靠性入手 ,探讨了人工心瓣疲劳试验台设计的模拟准则 ,报道了按这些准则设计的疲劳试验台 ,并利用该装量对双叶翼型瓣的试制品和定型产品分别进行了长期的加速疲劳试验。结果表明 ,这种疲劳台性能稳定可靠耐用 ;早期的双叶翼型瓣试制品在铰轴和瓣环应力集中区发生了断裂、瓣叶脱落和卡住现象 ,且磨损严重。定型的双叶翼型瓣 Φ2 7经受了 3.8× 10 8次相当于 10年工作的加速疲劳试验 。
In this paper, some reliability problems and fatigue testing criteras are discussed. These theoretic results are used to design fatigue testing machine. The bi leaflet wing profile mechanical valve is tested in this unit. It is concluded that reliability, durability and performance of the fatigue testing system is very good, but early trial produced bi leaflet wing profile mechanical valve occurred destory in the area of stress concentrate. For the design finalized bi leaflet wing profile valve Φ27, the experimental data show that reliability and durability came up to designed requirtment. Continuative work exceed 3.8×10 8 cycle correspond to work 10 year in vivo.
