摘要
对采用液相浸渍 -碳化工艺、在不同碳化压力条件下 (0 .1MPa、40MPa、80MPa和 10 0MPa)制备的 2D沥青基C/C复合材料的致密规律进行了研究 ,发现制件密度与浸渍 -碳化工艺循环次数联系 ,并提出了复合材料密度变化规律的数学表达式 ,该表达式可以用来对复合材料制件的密度进行预测 。
In this paper,by using impregnation carbonization technique,2D pitch based carbon carbon composites were fabricated under different pressures (0.1MPa,40MPa,80MPa and 100MPa).The densification rules of carbon carbon composites were studied.It was found that the densities of carbon carbon composites was related to impregnation carbonization cycles.And a mathematical expression on the rules was put forward.The model can be used to predict the densities of composites during fabrication process.It can also provide theoretical guide for feasibility analysis of experimental plan in fabricating carbon carbon composites.
