The Adaptive Control System for the Centreless Pass-Grinding

研究自适应控制技术在无心通磨加工精度控制中的应用 ,在对无心通磨加工过程分析的基础上 ,建立了该系统的数学模型 ,设计了采用自适应控制的控制律 ,给出了自适应控制的算法步骤。并将其应用于磨削加工 ,结果证明 。

In order to solve the problems in the centreless pass grinding,mathematical model was set up,control law was designed and calculation method was presented in this paper based on the analysis of the centreless pass grinding.It has been showed that the accuracy and stability can be improved by applying the adaptive control to the centreless pass grinding.
