摘要
研究了铜 -卡那霉素络合物在汞膜电极上的电化学行为 ,在含有1.00×10 -3mol/LCu2 +的NH3·H2O -NH4Cl缓冲溶液中 ,加入卡那霉素后 ,形成铜 -卡那霉素络合物 ,铜的还原峰电流降低 ,据此建立了方波伏安法测定卡那霉素注射液含量的方法 ;卡那霉素的浓度在1.5×10-5~6.5×10-4 mol/L之间与峰电流存在良好的线性关系 ,相关系数r=0.996。
The electrochemical behavior of Cu2+-kanamycin complex has been studied, and a square wave voltammetry for the determination of kanamycin has been also established. In a base electrolyte of NH3·H2O-NH4Cl, Cu2+ produced a reduction peak at -0.60 V(vs SCE). When kanamycin was added, a stable soluble Cu2+-kanamycin complex was formed and the peak height lowered. According to the linear decrement of Cu2+ reduction peak height, the concentration of kanamycin was determined. There is a good linear relationship of peak current with concentration of kanamycin in the range of 1.5×10-5~6.5×10-4 mol/L(r=0.996). The method was satisfactorily applied to the determination of kanamycin sulfate injection with recovery of 99% and RSD of 2.0%(n=6).NH3·H2O -NH4Cl,Cu2 + producedareductionpeakat -0.60V(vsSCE).Whenkanamycinwasadded,astablesolubleCu2 + -kanamycincomplexwasformedandthepeakheightlowered.AccordingtothelineardecrementofCu2 + reductionpeakheight,theconcentrationofkanamycinwasdetermined.Thereisagoodlinearrelationshipofpeakcurrentwithconcentrationofkanamycinintherangeof1.5×10-5~6.5×10-4 mol/L(r=0.996).Themethodwassatisfactorilyappliedtothedeterminationofkanamycinsulfateinjectionwithrecoveryof99 %andRSDof2.0%(n=6).Keywords :Copper;Kanamycin;Squarewa
