摘要
通过对铬天青 S( CAS)、麝香草酚兰 ( TB)等与吐温 - 80 ( Tween- 80 )的相互作用的研究 ,测定了二者之间的络合常数 K和结合比 N ,证明了这二者之间有很强的相互作用力 ;并通过比较染料在不同溶剂的吸收光谱 ,推断了表面活性剂与染料相互作用点的位置 ,证明了极性较大的 CAS位于聚氧乙烯链的外围“栅栏”中 ,而极性较小的 TB则位于胶束的烷基“内核”
The combination constants and combination ratioes of chrome azurol S and thymol blue with emulsifying agent Tween 80 have been determined. It was found that there was powerful interaction force between these dye and Tween 80. Moreover, the binding site of interaction point between them was proposed by comparing the absorption spectra of these dyes in different solvents. The binding site was in the peripheral rail fence of polyethylene glycol chain for CAS and in alkyl inner nuclear of miclle for TB.
