摘要
制备了聚甲基红膜修饰电极 ( PMRE) ,采用循环伏安法、计时库仑法及交流阻抗法对该膜电极的电化学性质进行了初步研究。同时发现 ,聚甲基红膜修饰电极对盐酸吡哆辛 ( VB6 )有良好的伏安响应 ,在较低的扫速下 ,VB6 在该修饰电极上产生一对准可逆氧化还原峰。氧化峰电流与 VB6 浓度在 2× 1 0 - 7~ 1× 1 0 - 2 mol/L范围内有良好的线性关系 ,检测限可达 1× 1 0 - 7mol/L ,用于样品分析 。
The fabrication and electrochemical behaviors of poly methyl red film modified glass carbon electrodes (PMRE) were studied. The electrocatalytic behavior of PMRE to pyridoxine hydrochloride (VB 6) was investigated. At low scan rates, VB 6 created a couple of semi reversible redox cyclic voltammetric peaks. The anodic peak current was proportional to the concentration of VB 6 in the range of 2×10 -7 ~1×10 -2 mol/L. The detection limit was 1×10 -7 mol/L. The method was used to determine the content of VB 6 in samples with satisfied results.
