摘要
苯并硫氮杂卓 -β-内酰胺化合物是目前广泛用于临床的广谱抗生素药物 ,它的抗生素生理活性与其结构有着密切联系 ,为使该类化合物更具生理活性和优良药效 ,合成了六种新的 1 ,5 -苯并硫氮杂卓α-氨基 -β-内酰胺衍生物。通过核磁共振氢、碳谱 ( NMR)、质谱 ( MS)、红外光谱 ( IR)及元素分析确定了其衍生物结构。分析和讨论了该类衍生物的光谱特征及其规律 。
Benzothiazepine β lactams are a kind of compounds which have important biological activities and used widely as clinical antiseptic medicines at present. The biological activities are closely related to their structures. In order to research for more active compounds, six new 1,5 benzothiazepine α amino β lactam derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by 1H and 13 C NMR, IR, MS and elemental analysis. The spectral characteristics and regular changes of the compounds were discussed and summarized systematically and could be used to facilitate structural interpretation of similar compounds.
