摘要
以搅拌床反应器中负载型催化剂催化的丁二烯气相聚合动力学实验为基础,用失活行为不同的两种活性位组合失活模型模拟了丁二烯气相聚合的衰减型动力学行为。研究结果表明,用活性位的1级失活和1.5级失活的组合失活模型可以满意地描述聚合速率的衰减行为。
The kinetics of gas phase polymerization of butadiene catalyzed by heterogeneous rare-earth catalyst in a stirred-bed reactor was studied experimentally. The combined kinetic model was proposed in which the catalyst was assumed to have two kinds of active sites with different deactivation performance. The results show that the combined model of first and 1.5 order decay of active site of catalyst, respectively, can be used for describing the decay in the rate of polymerization and is better than the other models considered.
