摘要
本文通过对孤形导管中棉条运动的力学分析得出:提高并条机的速度、减少机前棉条断头和导管堵塞,必需减小导管孤度角θ和加大导管的圆孤半径R。结合国内外高速并条机成条机构的设计特征,分析探讨了减少θ和增大R的途径,可供新机设计时参考。
In the light of a mechanical analysis on the sliver movement through curved
duct, the radian θ decrement and radius R increment of the curved duct are el-
icited essential to speeding up drawing frame and cutting down sliver breakage
and duct blockage. Methods for decreasing θ while increasing R are also dealt
with refering to the characteristics of various slivering mechanisms.
