Recognition of Pharmacophore Model of Photosystem Ⅱ Electronic Transport Inhibitory Molecules with Distance Comparison Method

摘要 采用距离比较法(Distance Comparisons,DISCO)识别出在结构上不同的九个光系统Ⅱ(PSⅡ)电子传递抑制剂分子的药效团模型,并进行了比较分子场(CoMFA)研究.这些研究结果将应用在全新先导化合物的设计中.
