光纤拉曼放大器增益系数与噪声系数的实验研究 被引量:12

摘要 采用 1480nm波长抽运 ,对TrueWaveTM,DCF和DSF三种通信光纤在 1 5 μm波段的拉曼增益系数进行了实验测量和比较 ;针对用作光接收机或EDFA前端预放大的光纤拉曼分布放大器使用要求 ,对放大自发拉曼散射的噪声系数进行了实验测量 ,并与理论计算进行了比较。 The Raman gain coefficients of TrueWaveTM, DCF and DSF fibers, which are pumped by 1480 nm LD are measured and compared. Because these distributed fiber Raman amplifiers are usually wanted as the pre-amplifiers of optical receiver, the noise figures of the fiber Raman amplifier are measured and calculated.
