摘要
本文从双皮圈摇架加压牵伸装置实际生产中存在的两种不良现状出发,详细地分析了上下皮圈的受力和回转速度,指出了减少阻力、增大驱动力是稳定上下皮圈转速,改善成纱质量的重要途径。
With an exhaustive study on the exerted forces and running speed of top
and bottom aprons in view of the shortcomings existing in current production,
the paper concluds that reducing resistance and increasing drive are vital for
the stablization of apron speed and furthemore for yarn quality improvement.
