摘要
本文分析了纤维在纺杯内空间及滑移面上的受力情况,并根据力学原理探求它们的运动规律。认为纤维在接触纺杯和滑入凝棉槽的瞬时,速度均发生突变而受到撞击,由此引起纤维的弯折,可能是转杯纱中纤维伸直程度差,强力比较低的原因之一。而纤维进入纺杯的初始状态及纺杯的一些结构参数,是影响纤维在凝聚过程中速度变化程度的主要因素。
Having studied the motion state and regularities of fibre inside rotors and
on the sliding surface of rotors in view of mechanical principles, the author
deems that the fibre would be crooked with its speed bearing a sudden change
and collision at the instant the fibre entering the rotor condensor, and this
probably one of the reasons for poor fibre orientation and poor yarn strength.
Therefore initial fibre state entering rotors and parameters of rotor structures
are primary factors affecting fibre speed in its condensation.
