中国湖北地区23个汉族家系88条染色体MHC扩展单倍型的检测

摘要 人MHC-Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ类抗原的诸基因座位是紧密连锁的,一起构成MHC-扩展单倍型。我们对我国湖北地区23个家系,共88条染色体的这种单倍型进行了检测,发现仅有HLA-[A11-Cw3-B27-CS31-DR11]两条完全相同,有10条部分相同。此外对HLA-A、C、B、DR与补体型相关情况进行了分析。 The genes of MHC-Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ in man are closely linked and inherited together as MHC-extended haplotypes (MHC-EH) . It has been estimated that approximately 1/3 of MHC-EH known in Caucasians show positive linkage disequilibrium. By typing of family-based material of Hubei Han Nation for HLA-A,C,B,C2,Bf, C4A,C4B and DR, we were able to derive 8-gene MHC-EH in 88 chromosomes in 23 families in which only two chromosoems are identical, the MHC-EH is HLA-〔All-Cw3-B27-CS31 -DR11〕, but partial identity of haplotypes is found in 10 MHC-EH. The association patterns between HLA-A,C,B,DR and complotype were analyzed.
