摘要
本文介绍了数字江苏建设的目标、计划、内容以及目前建设情况，提出了建设的体制与策略，并针对目前存在问题提出了相应建议。
The goal, plan, content are introduced of building digital JiangSu, the present building state is introduced too, the building system and strategy is proposed. The corresponding suggest is proposed for the existent problems.
