摘要
研究了矿渣水泥的粉磨工艺原理以及不同粉磨工艺对矿渣水泥浆体强度的影响 .结果表明 :矿渣和熟料在混合粉磨过程中将产生“微介质效应” ,该效应对粉磨过程的影响程度与混合料组成及粉磨细度有关 ;矿渣掺量低时 ,宜采用混合粉磨工艺 ,而当矿渣掺量高时 ,采用矿渣预挤压后的混合粉磨工艺或单独粉磨工艺 ,对于提高矿渣水泥浆体强度具有显著效果 .
The different grinding techniques of blast furnace slag cement and the influence of grinding technique on the strength of blast furnace slag cement were studied. It was found that 'micro-medium effect' appears in simultaneous grinding of slag and clinker. The influence of 'micro-medium effect' is related to the raw material composition and required fineness. It was suggested that for production of cement of high slag content (> 50 %), the scrunch of blast furnace slag before simultaneous gringing is advisable. In case of no scrunching miller system, separate grinding is advantageous. The simultaneous grinding is suitable for production of cement of low slag content ( less than or equal 30%).
