介绍预应力张拉过程中理论伸长值与实测伸长值偏差的主要原因 ,指出工程实践中应采取的措施。
The author introduces the major reasons which cause deviation on elongation value of theory and measured during the stretching of prestressed bar. And also gives some measures taken in actual construction.
