摘要
本研究结果表明:Anti-Id单克隆抗体对抗子孢子免疫具有诱导和调节作用。(1)D3无论在异种动物还是同系小鼠均能诱导Anti-Anti-Id(Ab3)抗体的产生,而且D3对抗原的模拟能力直接转换为Ab3对Ab1的模拟,表现为D3免疫鼠的抗感染力明显增强,(2)D3对免疫鼠的抗子孢子抗体有诱导和制约双重作用,当抗体水平降低时,D3有诱导其活性增强的作用,但当循环抗子孢子抗体处于高活性水平时,D3又能中和其活性。(3)D3对抗子孢子抗体的调节引起免疫宿主抗感染力的改变。不论在免疫前后给予D3只要在其诱导抗体活性增强时对小鼠进行攻击感染,都能使其获得保护性抗虫免疫。但在小鼠感染后给予D3不能逆转感染过程。本文应用前人和本实验所获得的结果分析了免疫网络各成分对抗虫免疫的整体调节效应。
This study showed that D3,as an internal image of sporozoite antigen,could iuduce anti-anti-idiotype in syngeneic mice and rabbit. Anti-anti-idiotype, acting as anti-sporozoite, could enhance the anti-infective immunity of host. D3 has dual action--induction and inhibition on the anti-sporozoite of immunized mice. It was observed D3 could induce anti-sporozoite when the decrease of anti anti-sporozoite activity in immuniz ed mice but D3 could neutralize antibody activity in mice with high concentration of anti-sporozoite in serum.
D3 regulated the production of anti-sporozoite, and leaded to the change of anti-infective immune of host, only when D3 induced the production of high concentration of anti-sporozoite serum, which could protect immunized mice from parasite infection. It suggested that immune network not only truly exists in host infected with plasmodium, but work out in full regulation on the anti-sporozoite immune responses.
